1. Scope
These terms govern the use of sgtsystems.com.br and the qualified form. The site is institutional and pre-launch. There is no publicly contractable product in this version.
2. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, code, design system, monogram, and the SGT Systems brand) is owned by Renato Sorgatto. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited. The SGT Systems brand and the S.G.T. monogram will be registered in applicable jurisdictions following the first paid contract.
3. Qualified form
By submitting the form you declare that the information provided is true and that you have authorization from the company you cite to request a partnership review. Submission does not constitute a contract or any commercial obligation on either side.
4. Limitation of liability
Information on this site reflects pre-launch plans and intent. It may change without notice. SGT Systems is not liable for decisions made solely on content exposed here before any formal written proposal.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, jurisdiction of SGT Systems' establishment. For visitors outside Brazil, mandatory rights under local consumer and data protection law (GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.) continue to apply.
