1. Who we are

This site is operated by SGT Systems, legal entity Sorgatto Tecnologia, contact at contato@sgtsystems.com.br. This policy meets the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and the UK GDPR for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, as well as Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) for visitors in Brazil.

2. What we collect

Only when you submit the qualified form, we collect:

• Name and work email
• Company name and rough team size
• Description of the systems you use and the pain reported
• IP address and user-agent of the submission (audit and spam prevention)
• Submission timestamp

No tracking cookies. No social pixels, fingerprinting or behavioral analytics. Only aggregate page analytics (Vercel Analytics) with no personal identification.

3. Why we use it

• Understand the pain you described and reply with an honest proposal
• Qualify the contact as a potential design partner or customer
• Maintain conversation history linked to the same email

We don't send mass marketing. We don't sell your contact to anyone.

4. Legal bases

GDPR (art. 6): your consent on the form (1.a); pre-contractual measures at your request (1.b); legitimate interest in protecting the system from abuse (1.f).

LGPD (art. 7): consent ticked at submission; pre-contractual procedures execution; legitimate interest in logging IP and user-agent for audit purposes.

5. Where the data lives

Submissions are sent via transactional email through Resend Inc. (US-based servers) and stored in the founder's inbox. For EU/UK visitors this constitutes an international data transfer under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. There is no proprietary lead database at this phase. This policy will be updated once SGT Systems runs its own database.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (arts. 15–22) and LGPD (art. 18) you can ask, anytime, by emailing contato@sgtsystems.com.br:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erase your data (right to be forgotten)
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent
• Restrict or object to processing (GDPR)

We respond within 15 days.

7. Retention

Qualification emails are kept while the conversation is active, up to 2 years after the last contact. Past that, with no resumed conversation, the email is deleted from the inbox.

8. Changes to this policy

When it changes, the date above is revised. Material changes are communicated actively to anyone who has already submitted the form.
